Author

Lindsay Flanagan writes fantasy stories to empower girls to embrace their unique traits and weave their own spells into the world.

Her debut novel, AnnaGrey and the Constellation, a middle grade fantasy, is an Eric Hoffer Book Award First Horizon Finalist and is what Book Viral Reviews calls “reminiscent of some of the great fantasies of this era.”

She is also the author of The Forsaken, a collection of poetry, short stories, creative prose, and photography, written and photographed over the span of twenty years.

Lindsay earned a Master of Arts in English and Creative Writing and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Literature. She is an author, award-winning editor, and writing instructor who is passionate about writing books for and about powerful girls.

Her second creative love is photography, which you can view on her Instagram account @lindsayflanaganbooksandpics. Her preferred subject is the majestic mountains of Utah, where she was born and raised and still makes her home with her husband, two daughters, three dogs, and sometimes a horse.
